1. Identify and qualify potential leads in industries utilizing rotating equipment (oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, etc.).
2. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
3. Collaborate with the Sales team to craft winning proposals and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
4. Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge to address customer inquiries and explain complex solutions clearly.
5. Prepare and present case studies showcasing successful seal and pump solutions implemented for previous clients.
6. Provide post-sales support, including product onboarding and technical training.

Marketing:

1. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging technical content for brochures, website, and other promotional materials.
2. Design and deliver insightful presentations and webinars on ProEight’s solutions to targeted audiences.
3. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives focused on specific industry segments or customer needs.
4. Analyze and provide report on market trends and competitor landscape to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
5. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in rotating equipment technology and sealing solutions.

Business Development Activities:

1. Develop and propose strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or other collaborative opportunities to expand market reach and access new customer bases.
2. Prepare effective sales presentations highlighting ProEight’s unique value proposition and solutions that address customer needs.
3. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.
4. Develop MLNG new market.
5. Maintain close relationships with stakeholders at relevant regulatory bodies and national oil companies.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by providing excellent customer service and ongoing communication.
7. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
8. Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Develop and submit regular business development updates (using proper reporting matrix) for Management team awareness.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Application Engineer (or similar) in the rotating equipment or sealing solutions industry.

1. Consults and resolves customer queries or complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. Follow through the completion of issues raised with the respective departments or person in charge.
2. Develop/ Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
3. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements. This includes making contacts with existing customers, replacements personnel taking over the positions or transferred to new role/locations.
4. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their need in terms of quality, price and delivery.
5. To prepare/make/assist technical presentations (sometimes tailored to discuss specific items) and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
6. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
7. Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
8. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly /monthly work plans and monitoring and annual territory analyses.
9. Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects (internal/external).
10. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
11. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts regarding changes of product design, order progress, stock in-house, etc.
12. Proposes improved materials or products to customer and explained benefit of changes.
13. Monitors competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedule and merchandising techniques. Keep the management informed on the information gathered.
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
15. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
16. Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets (individual/regional), gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in engineering, marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration preferred.
2. Fresh graduates or with minimum 3 years of industry sales experience, ideally within oil and gas industry.
3. Ensure a constant healthy pipeline of potential orders and existing orders on a continuous basis.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.50.
2. Proficiency and knowledge in standard engineering software, material selection, and engineering calculation are crucial for this role.
3. Basic knowledge of 3D Computer-aided Design (CAD) software and other simulation tools like Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
4. Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD, conventional drafting standards, and tolerance.
