On July 30th, 2024, ProEight hosted the signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Safari Oil & Gas (SOG) at ProEight’s Manufacturing & Refurbishment Centre in Rawang, Selangor.
In a landmark move, ProEight has forged a significant partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Safari Oil & Gas (SOG). The collaboration was officially formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at ProEight’s Manufacturing & Refurbishment Centre in Rawang, Selangor. This momentous event, witnessed by ProEight’s management and the press, marks the beginning of a strategic alliance spanning two continents. Together, they aim to establish the first service centre in Saudi Arabia, designed to meet the growing demands of the Middle East’s oil and gas industry.
The signing of the MoU, a symbol of a new era in international cooperation, was conducted by ProEight’s CEO, Ir. Azhar Zainal Abidin, and SOG’s CEO, Ali A. Al Azman. The event, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our global expansion, was further highlighted by the presence of key figures from both companies. ProEight’s COO, Mohamed Effei Ramli, along with SOG’s project manager, Faheem Ullah, and application engineer, Akmal Farhan Azhar, witnessed this momentous agreement, each contributing their unique expertise to this historic partnership.
